Overcast With A Chance Of DOOM!

Today is both a happy and sad day for me.

I just sent Doomie off to her next Host. She’s been with me for a long time and a part of me didn’t want to see her go, but I knew that if I kept her any longer I would have kept her forever. I had a lot of neat adventures with her, most of which I have yet to post on the Where In The World Is Doomie page. She got me out of the house visiting places I had never seen before as well as some I already have. She has been an icebreaker for conversations and I’ve met a lot of really interesting people because of her. She has been a constant and fun companion.

Hopefully, she will have the same effect on her future Hosts, wherever they may be. Hopefully, she will have grand adventures, visit places I could only dream about, see and do things not many of us get to do, and meet tons and tons of people who will befriend her and want to know how she’s doing along her trip. Hopefully, she’ll become famous.

So there you have it. I let her go and I wish her the best.

I will miss her.
