Overcast With A Chance Of DOOM!

I did it! I’ve been posting a new comic every week for a year! I believe that is a significant goal in the life of a webcomic. Hooray for me! And ‘Thanks’ to all of you who have kept up with reading them! I really do appreciate every one of your visits, every one of your comments, and every single one of your Likes, Votes, Reposts, Retweets, and Follows.

Before I posted a single strip on my website, I wanted to see if I could get into one of the weekly papers here in Seattle. I submitted 10 strips and crossed my fingers… and didn’t hear a peep. So I said, “Screw them! I’m going to make this happen anyway!” Here we are a year later and everything has been great. I believe I’ve gotten better at both the art and the writing [even though I can still improve greatly on both]. But I got to thinking, what if every year I was to submit another few strips to that paper, just to see if I get any kind of response? Can’t hurt anything, right?

So it would be very kind of all of you to tell me which is your favorite strip. The Archive is over at the right. I’ll send the Top 5 Reader’s Favorite Strips to the paper to see if they ignore me again.
